Less waste more composting

Throw the Christmas tree away can be one of the least fun tasks to do after Christmas holidays, however, when we recycle we can give a more significant and special value to this moment, since these trees can be converted into compost or wood chips, which can then be used to fertilize soils or as gardening materials.

Thanks to the initiative of community residents Karina and Anthony, we partnered with Aseo Capital to collect Christmas trees, seeking to give these little trees a second life and to be able to take advantage of their full potential.

About 100 christmas trees were collected, then it were crushed and composted for gardens, plants, gardens, and other uses in the community.
