Get Closer to Nature. And Each Other.
There’s a new way for urban dwellers to connect to Panama City while satisfying a craving for fresh air and open space. In Panama Pacifico, the topography provides a dramatic canvas of pristine rainforests and jungled hillsides nourished by seven rivers. Revel in dramatic views that span from the Sierra Miñon Mountains to the Pacific Ocean. Roam free among a tapestry of rambling parks and protected wilderness. Or trace community-wide trails that link every home to amenities and businesses.
At Panama Pacifico, it’s all about connection—to families, to better living and to Panama’s natural wonders.
Since close to half of Panama Pacifico’s land is reserved for nature or new parks amid hundreds of acres of open space, every front door is within a five-minute walk from a park. The green heart of Town Center is the future 37-acre Central Park—host to grand gatherings in all seasons. When it opens, you'll be able to catch a live concert at the outdoor amphitheater. Peruse organic produce at the Farmer’s Market. Or bring the family for unforgettable holiday celebrations.
Getting from one place to another car-free will be as easy as hopping on a new and refurbished network of hiking, biking, jogging and walking trails that links the entire community. The Tucan trail opened in 2011, across from the International Business Park, and is an interesting 20-minute forest walk. The Titi trail also reopened in early 2012, and is available to onsite visitors, employees and residents for walking or biking.
